興和は「地球と未来を考える」を企業理念に、常に地球環境を見つめながら、新しい製品の創造と提供に努め ております。繊維・衣料の分野では、皆様が日々の日常生活において安心して製品をご使用いただけるよう、徹底した品質管理を追及しております。とりわけ teneritaは、国際認証機関「コントロール・ユニオン･サーティフィケーションズ」が採用した国際基準GOTSの認証を取得し、広くご好評を博して まいりました
そして今、この国際基準に準じた興和独自の「テネリータ・オーガニック・テキスタイル・スタンダード（テ ネリータ基準）」を提唱し、いよいよその運用をスタートさせました。テネリータ基準は、原綿の段階から、紡績、染色、縫製、流通至る総ての過程に国際基準 の目指すところを最大限に取り入れた衣料に対する基準であり、オーガニック衣料提供の条件として日本国内で運用・展開する「TENERITA」の画期的な 取り組みです。
興和は、紡績、素材、染色、テキスタイル、縫製などメーカー各社のご賛同とご支援を得て、徹底したTraceabilityを実現しつつ、個性とエコ心溢れるファッションアイテムを提供させていただきます。

「TENERITA」 衣料品を中心としたオーガニック製品製造のシステムブランド
With the corporate philosophy of “Thinking about the Earth and the future,” the Kowa Group strives to create and provide new products, while always keeping an eye on the global environment. In the field of textiles and apparel, we pursue scrupulous quality control so that everyone can use our products daily with an easy mind. In particular, tenerita is widely respected for adopting the standards of the international certification inspection organization “Control Union Certifications”.
Now Kowa is about to embark upon implementation of the “Tenerita Organic Textile Standard” (Tenerita Standard), a new standard that is unique to Kowa but also in compliance with these international standards. From the raw cotton stage through spinning, sewing, and retail distribution of final products, this is an epoch-making effort to implement and extend the scope of strict criteria on a level with international standards here within Japan.
Kowa has been fortunate enough to obtain the approval and support of a wide variety of companies involved in spinning, materials, printing, textiles, sewn products manufacturing, etc., and while insisting upon complete Traceability, we can thus provide the public with fashion items filled with individual flair and concern for ecology.
Hand in hand with all of these producers, Kowa will go on proposing new kinds of organic products while following a path of development that can bring greater satisfaction to all who use our products in daily life. As we reflect upon the importance of Sustainability, we commit ourselves to doing everything in our power to give consideration to the Earth’s environment in our corporate activities from now on as well.
